Saturday, January 29, 21,30, will be held at the post-Castle Illasi (VR) the new edition of the reading-concert MISCIUMERET - WORDS AND MUSIC TO REMEMBER THE HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL.

The recital, now in its fourth year of representations and in its eighth staging in many theaters and the province of Verona, combines testimonies about the Holocaust with songs that emphasize lyrics and consists of three parts.
In the first, will read passages of the Diary of Anne Frank.
In the second part, instead of the usual reading from "If This Is a Man" by Primo Levi, this year the testimony about the Holocaust unusual for Italy . E 'from the book "Sweet lemons" Rachel Springmann-Ribak, Jewish Gdansk, which collects the author's memories in story form. The book, originally written in Hebrew, was translated into English by Rachel's husband, Rafael. Thanks to the interest of Giuliano Guarnieri, official photographer of Misciumeret, the text has come to Ruben, the founder and promoter of the recital, which was translated from English especially for this new edition.
The third part, as in previous years, consists of excerpts from "The banality of evil" of the German philosopher Hannah Arendt.

In reading-concert will be interpreted songs, chosen by Ruben in collaboration with Flavio Poltorak, Fabrizio De André, Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Francesco Guccini, Giorgio Gaber, Noah, Peter Gabriel (new in this edition), U2 Marco Ongaro, Deborah Kooperman and others.

The cast consists of singers Ruben Verona, Deborah Kooperman, Gilberto Lamanna, Veronica Marchi, Laura Facci, John Mario.

E 'release for the label, the CD Vrec MISCIUMERET, words and music to remember the Holocaust, taken from recitals and produced by Reuben, which will be available for the occasion.
