At a lecture last week, one of my students observed that during the execution of the movement should go up to the mind back in time snapshots.
Memories trapped in the body, which is not thought to be thirty.
fact, among the folds of our muscles, our layers of connective tissue in our every cell harbors a piece of our memory. Studies on memory associated
places or images have already been made. In that case the memory is linked to something external to our body, which acts as an anchor for the recovery of memory. Similarly, much less a movement (which is the product of synchronous or subsequent to a series of muscle groups) is reminiscent of actions and situations, which have deep ties with the emotions and feelings and therefore connect us images even in far away in time. Talking
cells can make things even more appealing or more bare. The experience that we live, where small movements reactivate something old is much broader and deeper than words can convey.
Who does not know the feeling to review the old photos.
RIpercepire from old experiences (perhaps the duration of a blink of the eye) is a learning for us in our present.
Another piece of our "tetris" that must be in place or that, going back to our awareness allows us to look in a different light (and certainly most adults) a piece of our history.
The ultimate goal? Having a body and a freer mind clearer. :)
