The recital, now in its fourth year of representations and in its eighth staging in many theaters and the province of Verona, combines testimonies about the Holocaust with songs that emphasize lyrics and consists of three parts.

In the second part, instead of the usual reading from "If This Is a Man" by Primo Levi, this year the testimony about the Holocaust unusual for Italy . E 'from the book "Sweet lemons" Rachel Springmann-Ribak, Jewish Gdansk, which collects the author's memories in story form. The book, originally written in Hebrew, was translated into English by Rachel's husband, Rafael. Thanks to the interest of Giuliano Guarnieri, official photographer of Misciumeret, the text has come to Ruben, the founder and promoter of the recital, which was translated from English especially for this new edition.
The third part, as in previous years, consists of excerpts from "The banality of evil" of the German philosopher Hannah Arendt.

In reading-concert will be interpreted songs, chosen by Ruben in collaboration with Flavio Poltorak, Fabrizio De André, Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Francesco Guccini, Giorgio Gaber, Noah, Peter Gabriel (new in this edition), U2 Marco Ongaro, Deborah Kooperman and others.

Mounting Window Rod In Door Frame

Posts dall'aldiqua

It is often said that pain is a "message" of the body, a signal that is interpreted to understand what's happening in our psycho-soma.
This phrase is heard especially in the areas of alternative therapy and immediately brings to mind our varied and picturesque scenery. Depending on where we've read or heard the first time we place our interpretation of its meaning. In fact, if we had no opportunity to test and verify in person the sense of something, its meaning is rather vague.

"Messages from the body" could be the title of a thriller or the basis for a good seance. Something vague to interpret that we must rely on an expert, that by reading the bones or ashes will give its response. Clearly
irony with this easy talk about my path, but I realize more and more be to many.

The lived body as something other than us, we have no control and the evils which we suffer, becomes a stranger, capricious and unfathomable character, who suddenly find out, send "messages". Then try to find the "rules" of this new form of communication or trust in a good "translator".
So pain is a message from beyond ... Something that is beyond our comprehension, but above all our ability to understand. Here interpret it becomes a job, a labor and effort.

But I urge you to overturn the idea.
Pain is a message dall'ALDIQUA.
comes from within us, or from ourselves, that we are our bodies.
is not a "talk" about something, the pain, but an opportunity to "hear" more clearly a point of us who claim attention.
attention, kindness and respect from us first, before experts or medicine.
A mechanism that brings light to a point in our body so we can feel better about where we are abusing our flexibility and our patience.

I invite you to try to approach these messages in a new way, starting from smaller and less debilitating for you. Give yourself the opportunity to use this magnifying glass, to respond to your needs not his usual obstinacy (must not exist), but with respect and patience we all deserve.

Tiberium Wars Wizard Was Interrupted

Memories trapped in the body

At a lecture last week, one of my students observed that during the execution of the movement should go up to the mind back in time snapshots.
Memories trapped in the body, which is not thought to be thirty.
fact, among the folds of our muscles, our layers of connective tissue in our every cell harbors a piece of our memory. Studies on memory associated

places or images have already been made. In that case the memory is linked to something external to our body, which acts as an anchor for the recovery of memory. Similarly, much less a movement (which is the product of synchronous or subsequent to a series of muscle groups) is reminiscent of actions and situations, which have deep ties with the emotions and feelings and therefore connect us images even in far away in time. Talking

cells can make things even more appealing or more bare. The experience that we live, where small movements reactivate something old is much broader and deeper than words can convey.
Who does not know the feeling to review the old photos.
RIpercepire from old experiences (perhaps the duration of a blink of the eye) is a learning for us in our present.
Another piece of our "tetris" that must be in place or that, going back to our awareness allows us to look in a different light (and certainly most adults) a piece of our history.
The ultimate goal? Having a body and a freer mind clearer. :)

Testicles For Earrings

When you start to do Feldenkrais, you never know what you are doing well at the beginning and what will happen ..
Here are some comments:

 • now that I am the beginning of my third cycle of lessons I realize to have much more awareness than before and perform movements in a mechanical way
 • still not "understand" how it works well, but from the first lesson I felt improvement in my lower back. (Author's note: so it is important to understand;))
 • Feldenkrais since I no longer do my usual backache!

"EXPLORING: Giuliani BERGAMASCHI" ... 4 events, 4 directories!

comment of the 3rd night of the festival EXPLORING, Giuliana Bergamaschi, Concerto For A Love, dedicated to Fabrizio De Andre '

A female voice who plays Fabrizio De Andrè is already in itself 'a particular thing! If he is Julia Bergamaschi (sometimes transformed so much that it seems that her voice is disconnected from his body) then it is just beautiful! But if you add Fred, guitar (but where do his hands and how beautiful is his way of playing) and Andrea (but what are its beautiful jeweled bouzuki and banjo!) then it is complete! But the limit in the words ... you must be there to hear the heart beat faster!
If the meaning and purpose of music and words is to make us feel emotions Well with this mini-festival devoted to Guliani Bergamaschi (4 evenings ... 4 directories), which in any event has brought extraordinary musicians, we felt a sense and reached the end!
Another wonderful evening!
We lack only the last round, the next Saturday.

Diagram Of Ship's Bottom

Victims and victimizers

Julius Caesar Jacob in his book "How to stop making the victim and the executioner not to become" made me laugh like crazy, saying things in themselves very simple and very true.
And perhaps for the fact that they are simple and true, beyond our mind with astonishing speed.
We carry an extract from the book. A shift that, when I read, I had my mind back to my first contact with the Feldenkrais.
time was I was trying to make a victim myself.
attitude that I believe will grow with it such care and attention that at times threatens to become part of us.
is how Jacob proposes that we understand the problem.

[Editor's note: the author has just finished the show by example that the pistol accidentally goes out the window while you're sitting on the toilet and makes you dry
that the real victims are those where the perpetrator is a stranger, if you know it, if you see him in the face, then it is a false executioner]
At a traffic light a car brakes suddenly in front of a bus, the buffers.
You are on the bus and because of braking the old man behind you, stab you with an umbrella.
You rip the umbrella out of hand and smash him on the head.
There are enough here, victims and executioners, for your tastes?
analyze the case.

chain functional victims-perpetrators of the event
1, executioner
the lights
1, victim
motorists

2 ° executioner
motorists
2 nd victim
the bus driver

3 ° executioner
's bus driver
3rd victim
motorists

4 ° executioner
the bus driver
4 th victim
the old

5 ° executioner
the old
5 th victim
you

6 ° executioner
you
6 th victim
the old

see how anyone can do can make all the victims and the executioners even within the same event.
(...)

[Editor's note: The author proceeds to debunk each victim and the executioner all, showing from time to time those who feel like victims, in reality it has been wronged, but it was the case with his behavior]

Fourth combination:
4 ° executioner
the bus driver
the 4th victim
the old

but the old lady is really a victim of ' bus driver who braked suddenly?
No.
Lo is of itself that has failed to keep firmly under braking.
Which bus should always do. Of course if it goes
unsheathing an umbrella looking for a victim to pierce, it did not 'do the material possibility' time, to be held somewhere.
But the fault is hers alone.
Then in the fourth combination the victim and the perpetrator are the same person.
The fourth combination becomes:
4 ° executioner
the old
4 th victim
the old Fifth
combination:

5 ° executioner
the old
5 th victim
you

You, who are the victim? In the old
you plant an umbrella in the ribs?
I know you'd say yes.
Everybody likes a little 'play the victim to be pitied.
But once again it yourself, you're the perpetrator, not the old lady.
Sorry, but you see an old lady with the umbrella stripped and you're going to put in front?
With sharp pointed metal tip right against your ribs?
But then you're an idiot.
I say, but the bus was full and I had no other place to put.
Wrong answer.
there is always another place to get on a bus, even when full.
Just ask permission and go to another location, away from the umbrella of the old.
I say, if everyone does this, the old woman would remain isolated in a corner of the bus.
E 'exactly what it deserves, the little old lady. A
an old woman who goes on the bus with his umbrella and pointed stripped in front of him as a foil ready to stab the victim the minimum that can happen is just to remain isolated in a corner and guarded.
But if it happens behind the old woman without I know it, then in this case I can be a victim?
Again, the answer is no.
Only a fool or a neurotic mental masturbations lost in their moves on the bus without looking around.
on buses and subways are all there.
From pickpockets to musicians who have never studied music. From the tone deaf singers
crazy preachers.
From beggars who do not go away until you have paid the mite old women fencing master with an umbrella.
Devi, look around.
part of the basic safety measures and self-preservation.
It 's like I told you that you consider yourself a victim around in the jungle because a snake bit you or you have been attacked by a tiger.
And what do you expect to find in a jungle? A cart with ice cream
or distributor of newspapers?
So once again you, the executioner.
Your imprudence.
The fifth combination then becomes:

5 ° executioner
you
5 th victim
you

(...)
What we deduce from this analysis ? What if we become victims
the perpetrators are not the others, but ourselves.
(...)

How To Make Insecticides Out Of Acacia Seeds

How to become teachers

become teachers of the Feldenkrais Method is not what can be called a walk.
My journey has been a rich and interesting but also challenging and full of obstacles.
The journey takes four years, with sessions even a month.
Dealing with your body and urges deepens the perception of self, but also enhances all those points where they are stored memories or experiences, that maybe we had decided to close.
The gift of the body is too. It 's our memory. When the mind refuses to process or remember, his store, stores, with a specific task, to restore a balance.
experiment on me, what I am now going to teach others, was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. The journey of discovery to the top left stunned and amazed at the greatness of our inner life, then you get lost, only to find themselves, and then get lost again. Until you understand that the journey and the discovery never run out.

I said, however, the training course:
the training that leads to be qualified teacher of the Feldenkrais Method ® develops through a series of experiences and includes several steps: awareness, that is, the interest to the Method and practice on themselves, the four-year course of training, practice with the public. In this process the personal involvement is prevalent: it is necessary that prospective teachers try, test, and buying directly upon himself what he will then make available to others.
The four-year training course confers the diploma of teacher of the Feldenkrais Method and prepares students to become competent in the practice of two methods: Awareness Through Movement ® or Awareness Through Movement ® (CAM) and Functional Integration ® . About 50% of the time, the course is devoted to work on yourself.
The process of training exposes students to a variety of learning strategies: practical exercises, demonstrations, viewing of videos and discussion, group activities, pair work, individual lessons, supervising individual and group work, lectures, discussions reading of texts recommended.

The male side of the Feldenkrais Method

I always wondered why there were more women than men in the lessons of the Feldenkrais Method.
These days, rearranging the materials this site, I noticed that the label "men" could give it to little content.
Most of the arguments were set for the female audience.
I felt a bit 'racist towards gender ...

Perhaps the idea I have of them, men are conditioned to having take care of your body to make it stronger, more solid, more ready to react to unforeseen situations.
So, to feel fatigue, sweating, feeling the stress and anxiety, become tools for understanding what has "worked", while conditions that do not exhibit these characteristics, they will not get results.
Yet in all disciplines, they are sports or combat, there is always a very important aspect: the focus on precision, strength and speed of movement.
You can not be accurate if you are not inside your body. And as everyone knows to do good to learn a movement must be broken down into smaller movements, do it slowly at first, increase power or improve it technically.
We were never put before a blank sheet of paper and told us "write!" without teaching the ABC.

This also applies when we play football, when we go running to the park, when we walk down the street direct to the supermarket.
Our muscles (which "we") suit the action that (we) we propose and influence our use of (our) skeleton. All for you! ours.
But if we have become accustomed in the course of a lifetime, to contract or stiffen parts of the body, it is useful to learn new ways to align the bones more precise through the joints.
so as to make the movement more clean, more precise, more delicate, more powerful, more virile, but ... with less effort, at any time of day.

Tiberium Wars Wizard Was Interrupted Solve

In the fast-paced world, busy and full of practical problems, in which we live, to listen to our bodies is an activity that we refer to as pain or discomfort not becomes more insistent than usual.
The language of the body sends us signals that are subtle and barely noticeable in the beginning an ear untrained, yet also strong headache invalid for that day to get from zero to a hundred.

As our attention is trained and strengthens, it becomes increasingly important to the question: how does my body and my being what I eat?
If you think that everything you eat contains in itself a part that eventually discarded and a part rather help build, repair, strengthen your body, understand how much our lives have a healthy diet.

When I started going to groups Feldenkrais Method (still a student at the time) I realized that that piece of my journey coincided with the need to have a clearer vision and a genuine way of life healthy. Beyond fashion. Or advice.
What I was looking for was to learn first to distinguish between what I was doing well and what weighed down or slowed down my system (whether you are talking about the circulatory system, that the mental .. they are always the interconnected with each other).
This is the real natural food: learn to distinguish what is good for us, and what not.
same time it can enrich our knowledge and our knowledge with books, advice, opinions, but always with an eye on our "instinct". What deeply rooted in our body.

Jetlite Print E Ticket From Pnr

to school with the Feldenkrais Method

The teachers know it, is now increasingly widespread in the Nursery School in collaboration with people outside the program for projects that integrate with specific psychomotor activity.
psychologist with a colleague, we decided to propose a new version for children aged 3 to 6 years, where we integrate the knowledge of one, a worker of locomotion, with those of the other, Feldenkrais teacher.

I have got to tell you about my meeting Feldenkrais Method and a child with delayed language and motor milestones in some untested and developed.
From there, he grew up my strong interest in this age group.
Children are to be receptive and easy to stimulate them. For them everything is curiosity. Everything is a learning occasion. Yet, at times, they are not taught to feel, to perceive themselves, so the curiosity gives way to other more mechanical experience or more "neurotic."
would be like saying, who is taught the grammar of a language, without giving them labels for use with the aim to tell.

not have any content that does not make sense if we are compared with our needs, with our feelings. The history, geography, mathematics, we learn why we are given a task, but a good teacher will try to stimulate individual curiosity and leverage that.
Here then is the challenge I have in mind when proposing this project schools.
Combine lessons with psychomotor Feldenkrais lessons to help children to be centered on themselves, to feel where to allow them to be more precise in finding space in the world.

The fascinating thing is that the puppy of a man there are no such clear distinctions between body and mind, feelings and ideas are combined in a global perception. And 'the adult who has the key to decide to help the child to ride the crashing waves of his experiences or to divert rivers regulated by dams.
use the proposal of the adult, the child finds encouragement to build one that will one day be his worldview. So you can choose the best for himself, having had the opportunity to get to know through his own body.

[The " TO SCHOOL WITH THE BODY AND THE MIND " is available for school year 2010-2011.
If you are a teacher or you still want to propose it at your school (in Milan Province, but also assessed the Lombardy region), write me a mail]

Anatomy experiential

During the lessons of the Feldenkrais Method, each student can draw what he needs. So there will be those who will come to relax, some to learn to get up off the ground more easily, for those who listen to your body more carefully and find out the anatomy of the skeleton.

In this sense I found it interesting to mention a topic that I was asked by a student in these days: the experiential anatomy.
I leave the explanation to the words of Jader Tolja, taken from the introduction of the book by A. Olsen.

When studying anatomy in the classic way, this is never directly experienced from within, but through intermediaries: books, models and patients.
After completing an undergraduate degree in medicine, everyone is able to explain exactly the structure of a liver, explain the functions and interrelations with other organs. But almost no one takes care of the fact that the liver may even feel as alive and present experience.

At the cultural level, it is interesting to note that this capability be removed completely, and with it the chance to realize what they involuntarily surrendered. It 's like the experiential anatomy is, therefore, face the anatomy cognitive forgotten. No accident that the Latin used two verbs to express the concept of 'knowledge': Gnosca and Sapio, the former refers to an intellectual understanding, while the second came from a root meaning "to taste", "Taste". In fact, although the two aspects are complementary and not mutually exclusive, disciplines that "taste" the anatomy, such as dance, there is no systematic cognitive referent and, conversely, the anatomy in the traditional sense is missing the 'flavor' .
to truly realize that each anatomical component is present in the body and which, being alive, can be accessed via experiential is for those who can grasp all the different implications, a profound revolution in the way of thinking for themselves. If one considers, in fact, that focusing I'attenzione within the body also changes the state of consciousness, the thinking, the perception, quality of movement, voice and breath, you can glimpse some of the many possibilities. that lie ahead with this exploration.
Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen is the person who more than others has contributed to a process of organizing these experiences, then integrating them into the shape of western biological science. Bonnie, along with his staff, has spent the last twenty years to re-explore systematically the body to verify the relationship between the anatomy of cognitive and personal experience in order to find it with the statements of the former, but also revisit certain anatomical concepts in the light of experiential elements. In this regard, a practical example is the trivial and the bones of the head and pelvis that are studied on real or artificial models which are fully welded together. It 'obvious that the fact of having a skull and pelvic bones composed free to move independently of each other results in different opportunities and different levels, while, if you think monolithically structured, these automatically become for our inability to understand the other potential.
Without preconceptions, this work is the result of information from both Western schools (such as' for example, the work of Mabel Todd) and the East.
We think with our body and when used, for example, tibia and fibula as if they were a single bone, also suffer the constraints at the level of thought, emotional relationship with others, perception of reality and space . If this is for an athlete or a dancer may mean moving to a completely different way, by all means, however, change their way of thinking and relating. Since mental processes are basically symbolic and that symbolism is deeply rooted in the body, determine the state of the 1'emergere for a certain kind of symbolism. Some of the stories belong only to certain bodies, which, with a work of this type 'not only changes the physiology but also the symbolic level, fantastic, and of those who experience psychological.
Through the experiential anatomy can be explored systems, bone, muscle, fascia ligament, endocrine, nervous, in addition to the skin, adiposity and various organs and fluids that make up the body. But just think how easy it can be found a reproduction of the skeleton or a model than, say, those of the lymphatic system or the fascial system, which in our culture are "shadow systems" to really understand how it is in the knowledge and experience of these systems that we have greater discretion to develop our personal and collective potential.

Program Magazin Unirea 26dec. 2010

What students say

Here are some observations that I gathered at the end of the following groups:

<<The lumbar region is more "straight", more "flat" .>>

<<I've always been able to focus a little, I feel that these lessons help me.>>

<<I can see the movement of the bone which is distinct from the muscle .>>

<<The first two lessons I thought the course would be endless, but now I'm passionate about, because at the end of the lesson I feel more energetic and more "full".>>

<<I have difficulty getting to sleep, but during the lessons I learn to "let go" and relax.>>

time mothers

Physical activity before and after childbirth is a subject well known by mothers. The importance of keeping in touch with your body changing in the months preceding and following the birth of the baby is something that all doctors stress. Not only to tone your muscles, but mainly to give a listening space, useful to recognize the signs of labor, which is essential to return to after your individuality.

The new mother personally I'm very interested, for a lot of important issues. Through a period of his life very delicate, full of changes and innovations, changes in physical, emotional and intellectual.
happens, however, that in large cities is a little 'detached from the pace at which they subjected the others. The child
imposes its way of life over time, allowing him to claim cycles to better develop all his faculties. The mother runs the risk of finding little time to herself. Time for her valuable, very important.

How can we devote ourselves to others if we do not find a way to dedicate a room to ourselves. How can we appreciate the "full", if not back to "empty". How can we be energetic activity, if we get there for the rest of the spaces.

Here, as was the idea to propose a day for mothers only, to help them enter among all commitments, including a commitment to themselves. The Feldenkrais Method is well suited to this type of activity, precisely because it allows the person to reconnect with their needs and their needs. Feeling themselves can also hear the other. Recognize their limitations do not allow us to transcend in the name of requests from outside, but to learn to go along (the limits) and having the necessary priorities.

activities for small groups of mothers (or future neo) are available by appointment at the ABC Warlock Association for the months of June and July.
I also urge all moms to attend last Corvetto free lessons organized by the Area 4. The group is characterized by being simple lessons tuned for bellies.

Finding your center

During the lessons of the Feldenkrais Method, there is a lot of work on something that at first might seem marginal. Find your center.
So here is the fact that the movement in two directions and asks the student to always go back to where it started. It is not just a utility. Inserted in the framework of the method is a method of work and experimentation that speaks a language useful for the nervous system.
The information that comes is: you (the body) are here.

Luckily, mind and body are not two separate entities that sail on different tracks. Or rather this is possible only if we act by forcing our will in a direction that there is "natural." So, while we teach the body to recognize its position in space, we are teaching ourselves to be allocated space in that space and find the coordinates.

During the lessons of the Feldenkrais Method, I'm not talking about something "psychological", but yesterday, chatting informally with a friend I found myself say words that were taken mainly from my experience Feldenkrais. Why find its center is the most delicate and important part of our search for life.
A center who may change and change over time, but which remains as internal reference if we know and love him to attend it. Love him, our heart, our body, our spirit, ourselves.

The relationship with themselves: why care about him.

The article that you suggest seems like a good starting point for reflection on what the body and the image we have of ourselves. The Feldenkrais Method its work on proprioception, but remained at a purely physical body and, therefore, no less powerful. A tool that allows you to reach deep within us with gentleness and, above all, learn to be sweet, just with ourselves rather than with others.
The relationship with our bodies is something extremely delicate. We tend to forget when you are almost good, and monopolize all the attention when some mechanism jams. The body can be an accomplice (in pleasure) or foe (when it does not match the image you wish). It acts as a "calling card" in relations with others because, and we know it well, it is often judged by appearances. The body becomes an easy target for frustrations and dissatisfaction arising from the conflict between what is and what it would be: often it becomes too demanding and you end up despising him. in relation to our bodies is something extremely delicate. The body becomes easy target of frustration and dissatisfaction arising from the conflict between what is and what it would be: often it becomes too demanding and you end up despising him. Convoy
all the attention and energies on issues related externality can prevent a deep contact with themselves, but what to do when our image makes us insecure? How are we to accept imperfection if it is considered the primary cause of all unhappiness?
They are not very many people can perceive themselves as they really are: it often tends to have a fragmented vision of the body, isolating individual parts as if they were part of a collection. You may hate the your nose and love her legs and hair. The image we have of us can even lose all contact with reality: a woman who weighs 40 pounds may, for example, continue to look fat and suffer very
.(...) For women the relationship with your body is even more complicated because the teenager has, in its growth path, affirm their diversity, going from being "equal to mother" to being "different and unique," a path that can be facilitated through the eyes of his father , which helps build the image of the girl, recognizing a body. The peace with one's body is closely related to the ability to accept reality, to recognize themselves as unique, to value their autonomy, to appease the conflicts related to the look of our "internal parents."
How then can take this "reconciliation" with his body?
Sometimes it happens that the view of who we want to reveal to us something we do not know, makes us feel different, more beautiful, more lovely, or the caress of a loved one fade away magically make all of our faults.
It 'important to keep in mind that the body can not be considered as a separate entity from the intrapsychic world: every time we receive messages that arrive in the form of physical sensations (heat, cold, pleasure or pain, etc.). or psychological feelings (sadness, joy, anger, etc.).. A headache, for example, could also be the effect of a suppressed anger, tension sciolte.Il face is not the stage of our emotions, the outline of eyes more or less relaxed, the wrinkles around the lips to tell us of our age and especially the way we welcome the passage of time. Accept with serenity the signs of aging can be a difficult if the existing relationship with our body has been compromised in
above. Many women are taking an attitude of resignation, thereby blocking the continual process of transforming the mind-body through which an end is always followed by a rebirth. Those who measure their worth only by the adoring eyes of others, is at risk when they are gone, to choose to step aside, take off from the game, thus preventing any exploration of self, other ways of being: it becomes impossible to find another way to take care of themselves.
There is no limit of age to discover their own creativity, to want to change and questioning. Events like the end of a report that gave no food or deep the beginning of a new job more rewarding, can be, despite all the understandable difficulties, challenging times to start a revival .(...) Mind and body are never divided, learning to listen to the genuine needs of the body helps to understand themselves more deeply.
