24) We demand complete freedom of religion in the state, provided that the confessions do not threaten the existence of the state and do not offend the moral sentiment of the white race. 25) To give effect to the entire program, we demand the creation of a strong central national government, the unconditional authority of the central parliament over the whole nation and its organizations, the formation of committees for the purpose of laws passed by the nation and the various American States.
