Back pain, an injury to the personality

I got from my student loan in this interesting text of one of the students direct Feldenkrais, Ruthy Alon. Browsing through it, I was struck by this tiny little chapter that I propose.
E 'part of the biggest chapter "Recovering the instinct of the movement" and the author has just finished explaining many of the ways the idea we have of ourselves affects our posture.

After all, if your back hurts you, you may still think that just get in the right way to align the vertebrae on each other. Not understand that it is actually the backbone of your personality that has been offended, when you stopped to realize that they were deprived of something, when you have not been able to protest against what prevented your development. The compass that will make you leave the labyrinth of your back pain is not just another recipe or a revolutionary technique that requires you to be well disciplined, but will the recovery of sensitivity, the ability to cultivate a higher level of listening against your body, which will bring you to follow the revelations of your life and put them into practice, a return to the autonomy of your inner wisdom, which wants to investigate independently and a rebirth of your gift in every situation to find out how nice answer, a refinement of the responses to the ever-changing challenges that life presents challenges to overcome with experience and efficiency and grace, and emerged with a perfected body, more confident.
