What Does Megan Good Do To Her Hair

Back pain, an injury to the personality

I got from my student loan in this interesting text of one of the students direct Feldenkrais, Ruthy Alon. Browsing through it, I was struck by this tiny little chapter that I propose.
E 'part of the biggest chapter "Recovering the instinct of the movement" and the author has just finished explaining many of the ways the idea we have of ourselves affects our posture.

After all, if your back hurts you, you may still think that just get in the right way to align the vertebrae on each other. Not understand that it is actually the backbone of your personality that has been offended, when you stopped to realize that they were deprived of something, when you have not been able to protest against what prevented your development. The vital instinct of survival that sends a warning to all creatures need to avoid the dangers, you do not work anymore. You have lost the mechanism that produces an independent determination, who knows how to move towards what works best for you. Have you followed the ideas of others in deciding what was the best thing to do.
This is started too early, before you knew you to listen and to assert. You were helpless, totally open to learning of what your superiors expect from you, and you are left unaware they have the right to listen to your feelings. You grew up knowing that you could take care of your personal ecology. Manage and move the body without relying on his inner wisdom. Most are not even able to distinguish the voice of your natural instincts of the original voice that comes from the usual compromise with reality.

The compass that will make you leave the labyrinth of your back pain is not just another recipe or a revolutionary technique that requires you to be well disciplined, but will the recovery of sensitivity, the ability to cultivate a higher level of listening against your body, which will bring you to follow the revelations of your life and put them into practice, a return to the autonomy of your inner wisdom, which wants to investigate independently and a rebirth of your gift in every situation to find out how nice answer, a refinement of the responses to the ever-changing challenges that life presents challenges to overcome with experience and efficiency and grace, and emerged with a perfected body, more confident. (..)
To find out what happens next, what is one of the possible next steps when the vague sense of unease is apparent to our attention, you can continue reading the book or attend a few lessons Feldenkrais.

For now, I wish you good reading.

Minute Maid Heartwise O.j.

Saturday, February 19: With the end of the skiing world - Lofoten 2010

put on your skis almost on the shore of a fjord. Climb vertically for 7 to 8
- 900 meters, and once you see a top in front of you is the ocean. Then look at
the left and see the other islands, fjords and other high seas. Look to the right
in the distance and see the coast of Norway.
So you discover that you have arrived on skis at the end of the world.
Then turn the skis downhill and before you've 7-8-900 meters down
almost always in powder, pristine slopes along, "broken" only by the traces you left
rising, accompanied - perhaps - by the flight of
eagle coming out from a ridge.
are the Lofoten Islands, beyond the Arctic Circle, off the coast of northern Norway
, divided from the mainland by a stretch of sea that calls
Vestfjorden.
Small islands lined up one after the other that between March and April, when
the days begin to lengthen, become a real paradise for ski mountaineers
.
Easily reached by air, without spending crazy figures, which
optimizes the timing of their trip, without losing precious days
with long journeys by car.
Belle summer, even more so in winter thanks to the contrast created
own snow and sea, the weather that can change during a climb
three, four, even five times, from a thick snow to
illuminating glimpses blue skies, biting wind and the sun shining
.
Islands strange names for us: Austvågøy (where there is the "capital" Svolvaer), and then
Vestvågøy, Flakstadøy, Moskenesøy and finally, the most distant,
not linked with other roads, bridges or tunnels, but only by ferry, and
Værøy Rost.
The mountains, however, are called Pilani, Stauren, Kvittinden, Rundfijellet
or Torksmannen. The mountains which you can see from the
vessels fishing for cod, and when you're in the same valley cod
see them hanging a little 'anywhere to dry, ready to be our cod.
E 'this the world we have met in eight days of intense touring
in March 2010 and we offer a movie in just over twenty minutes
says the effort, the fun and excitement of that
our trip at the end of the world.

in collaboration with the journalist Beppe Muraro organize an evening to talk about ski mountaineering, a wonderful sport to go to wonderful places. Beppe
Muraro took part in the spring of last year (2010) in this adventure to the Lofoten Islands, north west of Norway as the projection of a video (he wrote the presentation above)

An evening reserved for fans with the possibility from 20 hours to dine.
