The male side of the Feldenkrais Method

I always wondered why there were more women than men in the lessons of the Feldenkrais Method.
These days, rearranging the materials this site, I noticed that the label "men" could give it to little content.
Most of the arguments were set for the female audience.
I felt a bit 'racist towards gender ...

Perhaps the idea I have of them, men are conditioned to having take care of your body to make it stronger, more solid, more ready to react to unforeseen situations.
So, to feel fatigue, sweating, feeling the stress and anxiety, become tools for understanding what has "worked", while conditions that do not exhibit these characteristics, they will not get results.
Yet in all disciplines, they are sports or combat, there is always a very important aspect: the focus on precision, strength and speed of movement.
You can not be accurate if you are not inside your body. And as everyone knows to do good to learn a movement must be broken down into smaller movements, do it slowly at first, increase power or improve it technically.
We were never put before a blank sheet of paper and told us "write!" without teaching the ABC.

This also applies when we play football, when we go running to the park, when we walk down the street direct to the supermarket.
Our muscles (which "we") suit the action that (we) we propose and influence our use of (our) skeleton. All for you! ours.
But if we have become accustomed in the course of a lifetime, to contract or stiffen parts of the body, it is useful to learn new ways to align the bones more precise through the joints.
so as to make the movement more clean, more precise, more delicate, more powerful, more virile, but ... with less effort, at any time of day.
